  • Case: Abreu Advogados

    With offices in Portugal, Angola, Brazil, Macau, Mozambique, and East Timor, Abreu Advogados felt the need to host its platform in a controlled environment, contemplating a high-performance, redundant and scalable solution.

    The entire platform would have to be isolated from outside access, being confined only to society's access to applications through dedicated communication channels. The strong technical and service requirement of the project led Abreu Advogados to consult and choose Techcy.

    In the first phase, to accelerate the entry into production, a housing solution was used, and the platform was later migrated to a cloud solution. In the second phase, banking began to take advantage of a service infrastructure that uses the most advanced virtualization technologies and cloud servers, allowing several operating systems and different applications to coexist, in a redundant hardware and storage platform.

  • Case: Amnesty International

    As an activist organization, Amnesty International depends on its ability to recruit and retain supporters. Its online presence and digital communications strategy play a central role in achieving these goals.

    Prior to partnering with Techcy, Amnesty worked with several companies, each responsible for a portion of its online infrastructure. The dispersed and complex environment of the hosting platform did not allow user data to be integrated globally, with little visibility into user profiles.

  • Case: Fiber Bank

    Controlled by The Vicunha Group, which holds 100% of the stake in its capital, Banco Fibra operates at the national level and has its operation focused on large and medium-sized companies in the Agribusiness and Corporate sectors.

    Like most traditional banks, it kept all of its systems and applications in an on-premise data center managed by a third-party company contracted for this. The structural situation of technology in which the bank was did not allow the IT team to enable the solutions that were requested by the business teams. It was necessary to migrate the physical environment on-premise to a cloud environment in lift & shift mode without causing any system unavailability for its customers.

    The migration process made by Techcy respected all the regulations provided by the Central Bank, which at the beginning of the project still did not have very specific rules for this type of digital transformation in financial institutions and had to create regulations to regulate the action. The final result ensured greater stability of the systems for employees and customers, in addition to greater agility and lower cost for the financial institution.
